The main objective of the control committee is to perform oversight over Gexcon Certification to secure that the company is operated in an impartial manner. The control committee consists of three members representing the following stakeholders:
- Owners
- Clients
- National authorities
The committee is entitled to contact the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection and Norsk Akkreditering with information regarding deficiencies or irregularities if the management of Gexcon Certification does not comply with the input from the committee.
