The ATEX Product Directive has been updated. Products made available on the market after 20 April 2016 shall always refer to the new Directive 2014/34/EU. Although 94/9/EC ATEX Certificates will remain valid, it will not be possible to have a variation under the old Directive as this Directive has been repealed
